- ALL CARTS CAN ONLY CROSS HWY 80(STATE LAW)
- YOU CAN NOT DRIVE ON THE BEACH, SIDE WALKS OR IN THE PARKS(LOCAL ORDINANCE)
- MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER, VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND HAVE PROOF AUTO INSURANCE
- MUST SIGN RENTAL AGREEMENT, RULES AND LEGAL
- ALL CARTS COME WITH A TYBEE PARKING PASS, FREE PARKING IN ANY LEGAL PARKING SPOT
Cancellation Policy
No refunds once the cart has been received. To receive a refund for your deposit the cancellations must be done 10 days before rental date. No shows will be charge full price of rental.
